The Loch Ness monster is on getaway, and what a better place than Wisconsin – and state officials want the legendary monster to leave.

Department of Natural Resources spokesman Dan Baumann says a sculpture of Nessie is illegally obstructing and protruding out of the Chippewa River in Eau Claire and needs to be taken out by the individual who placed it there.

The sculpture's father remains a mystery, although a individual who anonymously emailed the Eau Claire Leader-Telegram on Thursday said it would be taken out inside 10 days.

Retailer Menards says it would like to acquire the guerrilla art and that the monster could make her home in retention ponds at the home improvement chain's Eau Claire property.

The Loch Ness monster was first "spotted" at Loch Ness, a waterway some 15 kilometres south of Inverness, Scotland, in 1933.

Larry Hall, who is a Condo developer is already 1/4 sold out of upscale doomsday units he is building in an abandoned underground Cold War-era Atlas-F missile silo near Salina, Kan. He told an Agence France-Presse reporter in April that his 14-story structure would house seven floors of apartments ($1 million to $2 million each, cash up front), with the rest devoted to dry food storage, filtered-water tanks and an indoor farm, which would raise fish and vegetables to sustain residents for five years.

The 9-foot-thick concrete walls (built to protect rockets from a Soviet nuclear attack) would be buttressed by entrance security to ward off the savages who were not wise enough to prepare against famine, meteors, nuclear war and the like. Hall said he expects to be sold out this year and begin work on another of the three silos he has options to buy.

MOST females grow up playing with Barbie dolls. Some even wish to to seem like them. A single 21-year-old has become one, or so she claims.

Valeria Lukyanova has grown to be a web celebrity in her home country of Russia, claiming on her blog that she has become the most famed girl on the Russian-language internet.

Her doll-like features, long golden-haired head of hair} and ‘perfect’ body {make her seem just like a real life Barbie.

Horrified viewers have slammed the girl on her looks. One commented: She looks not just ugly, however crazy although best characteristics is a little boring woman."

Others have been kinder to the golden-haired beauty. One asked: "Isn't it an unhealthy obsession looking to look just like a Barbie doll"

But the big issue continues to be unanswered: Is Valeria real or is this just a bit of an elaborate Photoshop hoax?

More "normal" pictures of her are on her Facebook page and are of the 21-year-old wearing much a smaller amount of make-up suggesting she does exists.

The number of "Ways of ruining your kids lives" is about a million miles long, and mixed in the middle of "reading bedtime stories too scary" and "comparing kids" there is this cracker: have your kids pick winning lottery numbers

Because for Afsheen Ahsan, this actually worked. Her 2-year-old daughter, Anaya Hussein, touched a lottery ticket, so she bought it. And of course IT WON $1 million.

Afsheen said the only reason I bought that lottery ticket was because Anaya touched it. "If she had not touched it, I would not have taken it. She is lucky." So now this is going to hang over Anaya's head for the rest of your life? She is a lucky charm! We now wonder if Anaya will work more miracles for her parents? "Anaya, do it again! Choose the Powerball for me!" "Anaya, which pair of socks that I wear today? You pick for me, you are Lucky!"

Luck is a scary thing to hang in a child, because they have absolutely no control over it. This may be the only lucky thing Anaya touches the rest of her life but it still too much pressure. What if your parents start expecting great things from her?

What a strange thing for her to grow up with, always knowing that your family receives $ 30,000 in free income just because she happened to give a lottery ticket at random pat. I think parents should just leave it outside. It has a nice story for adults, but it is too much for the child.

Facebook mums have school yard fight

It is not strange for a school fight to be started because of Facebook – except, perhaps, when the people involved are two grown adults and mothers at that.

The mothers of the children from a British school, were tiffing on facebook about a upcoming children's party, and could not settle the argument so they agreed to meet outside their children's school after dropping their children off. The mothers fought at 9 am but was quickly broken up by local bobbies. Shame they did not decide to fight in lingerie.

This is the stunning face of "The Vampire Woman" Maria Jose Cristerna – she takes the trend for body art to a whole new dimension.

The tattoo artist and university trained lawyer has shown her amazing look in an exhibition of tattoos in the northeastern city of Monterrey recently.

She says she was inked after suffering domestic violence, adding: "The tattoos were a form of liberation for me.

"My family was and is deeply Catholic. I studied at a religious school, I fell in love, got married at age 17, followed a career. I wanted to make things right."

She says that many beatings and abuse in the home created this reinvention and led to the inking of almost 100 percent of her body.

Maria has also added multiple piercings on her face and titanium implants to create "horned" look beneath the skin at the temples and forehead.

The mother of four, 35, has even had dental implants to create "fangs" to complete your look – but says that she still lives a "normal life".

Maria said: "The horns I have are a symbol of strength and implanted without anesthesia, the fangs were done because I loved vampires as a little girl and I changed the color of my eyes to be what I want them to be. ".

And yet the transformation is still not complete – Maria plans to have more titanium implants placed in the back of the head.

She said: "The tattoo is my way of being immortal, of really being a vampire and not dying – so I quit my job and put tattoos on other people."

Spiders Overtake Australian City

Like a scene right from "Arachnophobia", spiders have silk covered an Australian city in an attempt to reach higher ground during the flood season.

The intense floods close to the city of Melbourne has driven some 8,000 people from their principle residences last week, but also sent millions of wolf spiders and their silk into local trees.

The spiders escaping the rising waters have left behind an unusual show: a sea of silk – and spiders – covering local farms and trees.

"Everything is silver. It's like snow in the trees …. Everything is silk," said resident Dennis Lane Melbourne ABC Sydney. "Just at the bottom of the hill from my place, the trees are covered with them. There are just all walk out of the water and….. They were heading my way."

The wolf spiders, are common and very harmless creatures, they can spin a single silk thread to "balloon" themselves over long distances, according to Discovery News. Since millions of them are trying to escape the rising waters, it almost seems that they weave a giant cobweb over the city – but Discovery News notes that previous reports that called them webs are described as inaccurate.

Thief Stole a Hummer and ran away Naked

Another story about a naked man who shocked the cops by attempting to escape from a Hummer butt naked was brought down by a police canine. The man was attempting to flee without any clothing after a cop chase. The man had stolen the Hummer at gun point from the hummer driver and just then, a chase followed involving the police.

Police report the man was the only person in the hummer. Officials say they are not certain why the man removed his clothing when he decided to flee. As the suspect sped through a neighborhood a police dog was released to give the chase. The police K9 was easily able to bring the man to the ground as the police moved in to make the arrest. We are not sure what part of the mans body the dog grabbed a hold of.

Officials say the original hummer driver called the police when he was forced out of the vehicle at gunpoint. Shortly afterwards, the hummer driver called 911 and the cops engaged the man in a helicopter and car chase. After going a short period, the man immediately stopped the car as a police officer yelled "He's come to a stop. He's bailed" Shortly after that, the officer spoke again, saying "He's naked"

The suspect just added indecent exposure to his list of charges.

Jack Nicholson Lookalike Arrested

Police in BRAZIL have taken into custody a man for attempted forgery when he attempted to create a bank account using an id document with a picture of the well known actor Jack Nicholson.

Ricardo Sergio Freire de Barros, 41, was taken into custody in the city of Recife and charged with forgery, police released.

Ricardo also had in his possesion identification documents belonging to other persons.

A clear copy of the forged document released by police shows a photo of Nicholson's face next to the signature of "Joao Pedro dos Santos" and a fingerprint.

"The document with the photo of the actor and other false identification were used to start a fictitious company and with it, also open a bank account," said Erivaldo Guerra, who leads the civil police investigation. "That way, he would use the limits on the cheques and the credit cards" to steal money.

Police said Freire de Barros was already being investigated for fraudulent activity when he was arrested.
